Perfect for any VIP, it offers one of the best locations at the prestigious Palm Jumeirah. Remarkable foresight and keen attention to detail has been given to this modern, contemporary home. As you enter the mansion, you will pass through a foyer. Flanked to its left side, you can observe a striking wall feature consisted of 3D panels illuminated by LED lights extending throughout the entire property. This is a sight to see at night, and an architectural wonder by day. After you walk through the massive doorway, you pass through a triple-height atrium space that is lit by a full-height glass façade, giving you visibility of stunning marina sea views. The atrium is custom-built by European craftsmen.
