In order to provide market insights to our clients, we invited a series of industry professionals to help manage their investments in London at the Berkeley Group office in Downtown Dubai. The Christmas breakfast themed event involved offering a London market update and overview, a financial presentation, along with solid tax advice. The insights were well received by our clients as they were given an introduction to our brand new developments featuring the iconic One Tower Bridge development; a trophy investment opportunity as it is the only development in London that offers a direct view of the London bridge. Other developments discussed including 375 Kensington High Street, Kensington Row and 190 Strand.
The focus of the agenda was how to effectively utilise London as a safe haven for investment as a UAE Resident. The financing aspects of the presentation involved sourcing equity from investments in Dubai so that they can be invested in a London property.
Our new Head of Luxury London Sales, Zeyad Al Saffar spearheaded the event. Zeyad has over 4 years of experience selling luxury property in London and sought the opportunity to capitalise on the GCC market. At his previous company, Zeyad built a diversified portfolio in lettings, sales & luxury investment properties predominantly within the Westminster and surrounding areas. During his tenure there, he developed exceptional working relationships with high-net worth clients and gained significant experience dealing with clients from the GCC.
