Most of our media mentions last month was attributed to our successful press release on Palm Jumeirah villas and our predictions for the rise in price trends in 2016. From Arabian Business to the World Property Journal, several news sources attributed to the advice given by our Palm villa specialist, Anne Ogilve. Anne revealed that the untouched fronds on the Palm Jumeirah are now giving way to 'super villas' bought by wealthy Europeans and Indians for end use. These villas will host a California or Miami style to it. Even though the prices on the Palm Jumeirah are declining, Ogilvie expects it to rise again within the next 18 months. The Palm Jumeirah villas outperformed the other villa communities and is the only villa beachfront property available for sale on a freehold basis in Dubai. Read more in our press release here.
