About this property
A specially appointed designer from Norway envisioned this modern, clean penthouse with the emphasis being laid on the use of very high-end materials to give the penthouse a rich, understated super-luxury feel. The designer used this approach in the hopes that each key item would, if given the right emphasis, stand out more prominently and yet work with the other elements creating a cohesive blend that was both minimal and warm at the same time.
Each area was treated in such a way so as to assign multiple functions to a normal room so that it had an architecturally varied landscape with every corner being given a design that clearly marked and defined it as having a separate identity, whilst yet melding into the other areas to create a smooth visual transition.
Key items such as the iconic 'Kartel' chandeliers, award-winning Ulf Moritz chairs and wallpaper etc were used with many other notable & well-known furniture pieces throughout the house and a connoisseur of design & furniture will be able to easily identify the penthouse as showcasing some of the best known names in the world of fashionable interiors.
No expense was spared to give even the simplest of areas a treatment that turned it into a work-of-art and no expense was spared to furnish the penthouse with all a resident would need, right down to the provision of Villeroy & Boch cutlery & service-ware for those special dinner's in. As all that a working house needs is already in place, a buyer only needs to roll into the penthouse with his suitcases.
