Ashjar

Nestled in the Al Barari community, Ashjar is a low-rise building community that is both low-rise and low-density with very few apartments per floor. Made of 9 low-rise buildings combined, this community is surrounded by lush flora and fauna. Each of the apartments are set into  the natural tree canopy with landscaped gardens and benefit from beautiful skyline views.

The Ashjar community is split into 3 categories, adhering to different types of personalities and lifestyles. Each of these categories are separated by forest areas. Each building rises up to five levels, in a step-layered design. This design enables indirect sunlight hitting the apartments, thereby preventing harsh sunlight. Designed in an open and airy plan, the façade of cascading terraces create distinctive views for each home. 

The homes are chic and modern, with white as the primary colour. They are designed in a way that offers an intimate and private layout for their residents. There are some penthouse options available as well. The development is set amongst shared facilities. Each cluster shares underground parking, an infinity-edge pool, a children’s playground, and Al Barari’s famed landscaped gardens.
