About Emaar Beachfront

Located off the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour has an exciting new master development by Emaar called Emaar Beachfront. The first launch that has been released out of this development is Beach Vista, followed by Sunrise Bay, and now Marina Vista. The total project will constitute of 27 towers by the master developer, each with it's own private beachfront, so that residents can enjoy it daily.

Overall, the towers that have been released are quite similar with some distinctive changes. They're designed with a contemporary flair and have floor to ceiling windows in order to maximise the views of Dubai Marina, JBR & the Arabian sea. Beach Vista, Sunrise Bay, Grand Bleu Tower, and Marina Vista all have 1-4 bedroom apartments that will offer the best in coastal opulence. The residents will enjoy a unique blend of modern facilities and a serene island lifestyle on their doorstep. These apartments are inspired by a Miami lifestyle. Complemented by excellent views of the Persian Gulf, this lifestyle promises to deliver a truly unique experience. Emaar will be developing a total of  20 million sq ft of land which will include more waterfront residences as well as a new hotel project from the Address Hotels & Resorts.

Beach Vista is a twin tower development connected through a podium deck with world-class sports facilities and private parking spaces. All residents of Sunrise Bay will have access to several retail and healthcare facilities at the ground level. Marina Vista & Beach Vista are fashioned in a similar way.

Visitors and residents of these developments will have direct access to their homes in Dubai Harbour either from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, a bridge that connects them directly from Sheikh Zayed Road or the monorail system that will link to the metro from both Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. As many know, Sheikh Zayed road is the easiest way to access the various areas of Dubai. There will be a pedestrian bridge with a jogging and cycling track will also connect ‘Dubai Harbour’ to Palm Jumeirah. The Dubai Harbour is known to have a new terminal that will accept 6,000 passengers at a time. This iconic destination will also feature the Dubai Lighthouse - a 195m lighthouse that will feature a luxury hotel and an observation desk that offers 360 degree views. There is also a possibility of an F1 circuit coming to Dubai as well within Dubai Harbour. If you love water sports and living a nautical style life, then this will be the place for you. Something as iconic as the Palm Jumeirah, just not as far away from the rest of the city, which makes it a better choice in the near future. The entire project should be completed by 2022.
