Dubai Maritime City

Dubai Maritime City

Multipurpose maritime zone spanning 2.27 million square metres is composed of the Maritime Centre, the Industrial Precinct, The Academic Quarter, the Marina District, the Harbour Residence, and the Harbour Offices. The Maritime Centre District is the centrepiece of the locality. Created as an urban corporate park, the District comprises eight waterfront and three interior parcels organised around a central boulevard. It comprises a cluster of five high-rise towers called the Creek Towers and Plaza, Landmark Tower located at the head of the peninsula, and seven plots reserved for potential developers planning to construct their own towers. It will also host several retail and dining options. Dubai Maritime City is located between Port Rashid and the Dubai Dry Docks. The area will also play host to the city’s first maritime museum.
