The Role
Due to our expansion, a new role has been created within LUXHABITAT, that of Luxury Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for the company’s Sales Portfolio taking a lead and building the company portfolio in Dubai. You will be a key member of the LUXHABITAT Team. The role provides a creative and experienced individual with the scope to develop their career with LUXHABITAT. The Luxury Sales Specialist will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients, investors, corporate partners and of course developers. You will be thoroughly commercial and intellectually strong, with broad-based skills gained in the Dubai Property Market.
Qualifications and Experience
You must be educated to at least degree level and in addition, will preferably have at least two years Dubai property experience. You will have extensive experience in a brokerage environment at a senior level. You will be an excellent negotiator with a comprehensive deal sheet and will be an articulate and able presenter and networker.
