Alex Stern

Alex Stern is a Senior Global Property Consultant Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. He specialises in high-end golf course communities in Dubai, particularly Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) – one of the world’s most prestigious residential golf developments. He was recently awarded the 2016 Best Leasing Agent at the Jumeirah Golf Estates Brokers Awards. Alex has been working in the Dubai real estate industry since 2013 and has an extensive knowledge of many communities in Dubai and globally. Prior to Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, he was a managing partner at Apptlymade. He also worked with Powerhouse Properties and specialised in the communities of Jumeirah Park, The Springs, Meadows, and Lakes. Alex was raised as an expat and has lived in a multitude of countries such as Nigeria, Zimbabwe, India, Kenya, and Australia – this gives him a great cultural understanding. He holds a Business Finance degree from the University of Durham and has worked in other sectors such as banking, retail and software. In addition to luxury real estate, Alex’s other passions include watching films, following all kinds of sports, and playing Rugby for Sharjah Wanderers.
