Filippo Tavernaro

Filippo Tavernaro is a Senior Global Property Consultant at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. Born and raised in Italy, he prides his real estate heritage as he was from a family of developers. In his own words, “real estate business is in my blood.” Filippo acquired his initial property practice and knowledge from working as a Civil Engineering Supervisor in Italy. Three years later, he relocated to the Czech Republic and launched his own property refurbishing/reselling company. Inspired by Dubai’s booming realty market in 2007, Filippo braved the city with zero networks yet with 100% determination. Eventually, he rose to the challenge and succeeded in establishing and maintaining a network of investors from Italy. Came 2008, Filippo faced another challenge – the great recession. With optimism, belief in Dubai and focus on unravelling his niche, Filippo surpassed the challenge and thrived on leasing/sales of properties in the city. In 2014, he joined Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty and, since then, furthered his credentials by managing investors’ portfolio and expanding his discerning network of clients. Filippo regards highly his relationship with his clients, who account him for his honesty, transparency, and precision in property management. Additionally, his positive outlook for the realty market leads consistently to realising sound investment opportunities for his clients. Outside of his profession, Filippo enjoys taking a leisure ride with his motorbike or engaging in water sports.
