What Not To Expect

A Quick Paced Lifestyle Amidst Swamped Roads

Undesirable for families because of its corporate vibe, DIFC is a highly-populated area best suited for hip and trendy over-layers, to maintain international dtandards, develop international relations and promote economic development of the city. There are no schools in the vicinity and very few nurseries, and to travel further for a school can be a nuisance because of the appalling traffic during office hours in the weekdays, therefore, the area has been made very pedestrian-friendly for people to easily and punctually reach work everyday. The urbane feel of the development does not promote any greenery or parks because of its promotion of a trendy and exclusive lifestyle, and those who prefer living in seclusion are found to be irritated by the hasty speed of life the district has to offer.

DIFC is a dream location for hard-working, diligent individuals who like living lavishly.

The Index Tower is a smartly constructed, beautiful skyscraper that caters to not only office spaces, but also residential apartments. With 25 levels for commercial offices and 47 levels for residences, the building hosts a modern facade to compliment the contemporary living of DIFC. A sky lobby divides offices from residences with a swimming pool, gym, bars and restaurants. The unique, award-winning tower earned its title as the Best Tall Building in Middle East and Africa because of its enthusiasm for sustainability. It uses energy strategically as it is oriented from east to west, moving it away from the city's axis, thereby reducing sun exposure and lowering the requirement for air conditioning, therefore reducing energy costs for tenants.
