Situated on a mid-floor at Atlantis The Royal, this two-bedroom apartment offers 3,098 sq ft of interior living space, complemented by a 1,459 sq ft private terrace with its own pool. Fully upgraded, as soon as you enter, you will find marble flooring. Complementary to the beautiful views of the sea, the furnishing is subtle and sophisticated. The floor to ceiling windows give a sense of grandeur to the space.

The living and dining areas form part of an open-plan space with tasteful lighting and furniture. The kitchen is semi-open and arrives with a breakfast bar for two. It houses Gaggenau appliances. There is also a guest bathroom/powder room on this floor. There is a balcony both on the lower and upper level. As you head upstairs, you will see an en-suite bedroom, laundry room and master bedroom, complete with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The biggest wow factor of this home is the outdoors area on this floor with a sizable private pool, sun beds and facilities for outdoor dining. Owing to the architecture, this outdoor space remains a few degrees cooler than other developments. The building's shape and orientation effectively manage heat.

Designed by architects Kohn Pederson and Fox (KPF), staying at Atlantis The Royal Residences is akin to staying at the hotel. Beyond the exclusive residents-only amenities, owners enjoy access to a private beach, state-of-the-art fitness centres, a world-class spa, tennis courts, elegant lounges, swimming pools, and an exceptional collection of restaurants, complemented by a wide range of bespoke and à la carte services delivered by a five-star hospitality team. The residences and hotel are home to 17 acclaimed dining destinations, including five led by celebrity chefs, alongside a 3,000-square-metre wellness centre and a striking lobby featuring one of the world's largest jellyfish aquariums, where more than 2,000 ethereal jellyfish drift gracefully through the water.

Set on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, this landmark address is widely regarded as one of the island's most prestigious and sought-after residential destinations.
