Developed by the most artistic thinkers, artists and visionaries, The Opus is set to be one of the most iconic developments in the Burj Khalifa district in Business Bay. The views from the hotel will span the Burj Khalifa, Mohammed
Bin Rashid City and the creek. It will also host penthouse apartments with a private rooftop garden, keeping you close to nature, yet burgeoning into the future. Facilities include: a temperature controlled swimming pool,
gymnasium, world-class spa, 24 hours security, valet and concierge service.
Besides a luxury housing development, the project will dedicate a space of 200,000 square feet for food and entertainment which will host various fine dining options and an exclusive club. The development will provide private access to the residents, ensuring safety and security at all times.
