Dubai Hills Estate

A master-planned community, Dubai Hills Estate is the first phase in development of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It is the result of a joint venture between master developer Emaar and Meraas Holding. The master mixed-use lifestyle development spans an area of over 11 million square metres (2,700 acres) and is created with sustainability in mind. The area is going to be rich with lush landscaping and will also play home to a world-class 18-hole golf course to be managed by The Address Hotels and Resorts. It will also host a vast variety of residential choices that include several luxury villas and apartments. There are plans to include a tennis academy, with ten outdoor and four indoor courts. An active lifestyle is also within an arm’s length, with jogging and cycling tracks meandering through the development. Providing an eclectic mix of high-end retail, the development will additionally host several fine dining restaurants, cafes and al fresco dining concept outlets. The area will also accommodate a regional mall and boutique-shopping complex. Located on prime land, the estate is located between Emirates Road and Al Khail Road, bringing you close proximity to Downtown Dubai. Both the Etihad Rail and Dubai metro will add an additional line to this development, thereby connecting it to the rest of Dubai and allowing convenient transportation options. 

 With everything lavish and aristocratic in mind, Dubai Hills is slated to be one of the most exclusive private gated communities in town- with the aim of it being even more exclusive than Emirates Hills. There exists five types of luxury villas in this development: Classic, Contemporary, Contemporary Arabesque, Mediterranean and Modern.

 Mohammed Bin Rashid City is coined after the current ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum in 2012. It is touted to be a new tourist destination and said to construct the biggest mall in the world, called the Mall of the World. It is also reported set to hold several art galleries and the biggest swimming pool in the world.
