Five Holdings (Skai)

Skai Holdings, recently changed to FIVE Holdings, is a real estate investment group based in Dubai, owned by Kabir Mulchandani and established in 2011. Their change of brand name has been inspired to reflect a corporate philosophy derived by five elements: earth, air, fire, water, and consciousness. Their project portfolio includes Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai, Villa Heights and Jumeirah Village Circle. Five Holdings is currently developing its second UAE-based hospitality project called Viceroy Jumeirah Village Dubai. The company offers a wide range of services across four key factors; investment, restructuring, development and hospitality.
