In 2010, they created IFA Hotel Investments (IFA HI) in order to provide strategic direction to their operational assets and expand their portfolio within the hospitality industry. IFA HI leads on a worldwide scale and IFA HR’s operational asset portfolio includes its hotels, hotel condominiums, commercial, retail and food and beverage ventures.
