Creekside Residence is a waterfront apartment project by Al Zorah Development in Al Zorah City, Ajman. The project sits beside the creek and a preserved mangrove forest, with views across the natural surroundings. It offers 144 apartments with one to three-bedroom layouts. Home sizes range from about 495 to 2,648 sq. ft. Al Zorah Development, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, is the master developer. The handover is expected in Q1 2028.
