Arenco Villas in the Al Sufouh area is located very close to the Dubai Knowledge Village. This gated community has 24 x7 security and is near to some of the best educational institutions. Additionally, the area is home to Dubai College, the International School of Choueifat and the American University of Dubai. The Dubai portion of the soon to be developed Logo Island will be part of the Al Sufouh 2 locality.
