Burj Daman in DIFC

Built in 2013, Burj Daman is located in the Dubai Financial Centre (DIFC) area and is attached to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It is 65 storeys high and developed by Daman Real Estate Capital Partners. The architect of the project was Perkins + Will. The building is a mixed use space with 274 apartments available with a few select penthouses and duplexes. Amenities include round the clock security, concierge, covered parking, prayer room, pool, gym with squash court, BBQ area and access to top notch restaurants and bars at the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Burj Daman is also pet friendly and also hosts a children's play area. 

A unique aspect of the building is that it hosts an automatic vehicle stacking system that stacks cars, enabling multiple car park spaces - it can hold up to 876 cars. Burj Daman is located in DIFC, which houses a vast number of fiscal institutions to entertain its commercially-inclined residents, and still has a lively and active vibe. The area is home to numerous public green areas, hotels, fine-dining outlets, cafes and art galleries. Other amenities like salons gyms are also located within its vicinity.
