Dubai Creek Gardens

Dubai Creek Gardens is a new master-planned residential community by Global Partners, located in the Dubai Creek area of Dubai. Spanning more than 127,000 square metres, the development has been conceived as a low-density residential destination with a strong emphasis on greenery, wellness and community living. Approximately 70% of the masterplan is dedicated to landscaped gardens and open spaces, creating a setting that places nature at the centre of the residential experience.

The development will feature a collection of low-rise residential buildings designed to maximise views of Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai and the surrounding parks. Rather than focusing on high-density urban living, the masterplan is structured around landscaped areas, pedestrian-friendly spaces and curated retail destinations, creating a quieter residential environment while remaining connected to the wider city. Construction is expected to commence in 2026.

A key part of Dubai Creek Gardens will be its collection of branded residences developed in partnership with Marriott International. Two projects have been announced within the masterplan: Westin Residences and Renaissance Residences. The two brands bring different lifestyle concepts to the community, with Westin focused on wellness and wellbeing, while Renaissance is positioned around discovery, culture and a more individual approach to residential living.

The masterplan is designed to incorporate curated retail and lifestyle spaces alongside its residential and landscaped areas. This approach is intended to provide residents with everyday conveniences within the community while creating active public spaces and encouraging interaction between the different parts of the development. The emphasis on open space and low-rise architecture gives Dubai Creek Gardens a distinctly different character from the high-rise developments commonly associated with Dubai's waterfront districts.

Dubai Creek Gardens is positioned within the wider Dubai Creek area, providing access to established parts of Dubai while benefiting from the area's ongoing development. Its location offers proximity to Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport and Dubai's key business, cultural and leisure destinations. The development's position within the wider Dubai Creek corridor also gives residents access to the area's expanding network of waterfront destinations and infrastructure.

As an emerging masterplan, detailed information about individual residences—including exact apartment configurations, sizes, prices, payment plans and handover dates—is still being released. The two announced branded residences provide the first indication of the type of residential offering planned for the community, while further details are expected as development progresses.

Dubai Creek Gardens represents Global Partners' vision for a lower-density residential environment in one of Dubai's established waterfront areas.
