Elire is a boutique, branded residence by QUBE Development in Business Bay. The project includes about 100 luxury homes with a mix of simplex apartments and duplex units. QUBE collaborated with The Lux Collective to introduce LUX* services to the building to provide residents with hotel-style support alongside private home features. The development features a compact, inward-facing design, lots of natural light, smart-home systems, premium finishes and landscaped green pockets. The handover window is around April 2029.
