Epoque

Epoque by Reportage is a new residential development in Meydan Horizon, a growing mixed-use district near Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Rather than following the scale of Dubai's larger residential towers, the project is planned as a smaller building with 60 apartments, creating a more limited residential collection within the wider masterplan.

The building comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, a podium and six residential floors. Three retail spaces sit at ground level, while 67 private parking spaces serve the development. The residential collection includes 15 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom apartments, with typical sizes ranging from approximately 505 to 1,036 sq. ft.

The architecture centres on a more timeless design approach, with vertical lines, balconies, and terraces giving the building a defined external character. Interiors use a contemporary palette with warm tones and wood detailing. Residences are delivered fully finished and unfurnished, with features including kitchen cabinetry and countertops, fully tiled bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, double-glazed windows, central air conditioning and vanity units with mirrors.

Outdoor areas form an important part of the residential setting. Residents have access to a large swimming pool, a separate children's pool and splash area, landscaped spaces, shaded seating and a promenade. A residents' lounge provides additional social space, while a gymnasium, children's play area, foosball and table tennis support recreation within the building.

Epoque is positioned within Meydan Horizon, a wider mixed-use masterplan built around waterfront and landscaped spaces. The community incorporates four crystal lagoons, a 4 km promenade and a 2 km canal, while the nearby Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary provides a distinctive natural setting close to the city.

The location also places Epoque within easy reach of several established Dubai destinations. Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School are nearby, while Dubai Design District and Dubai Creek Harbour are within a short drive. Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport are also accessible by road.
