Kingdom Gate

Kingdom Gate is a residential development by Kingdom Development in Al Furjan, bringing a relatively compact collection of 82 fully furnished residences to one of Dubai's established residential communities. The project occupies a single tower, with four retail outlets at ground level, two podium levels for parking and a dedicated amenities floor above the lobby.

The residential collection includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with larger three-bedroom duplex residences. Apartment layouts range from approximately 832 sq. ft. for the smaller one-bedroom residences to around 2,107 sq. ft. for three-bedroom homes, while the three-bedroom duplexes extend to approximately 2,347 sq. ft. Some of the larger layouts incorporate maid's rooms, giving the development a broader range of formats than its relatively compact number of residences might suggest.

The interiors are planned around open layouts, generous glazing and contemporary finishes, with residences delivered fully furnished. The project materials also highlight fitted kitchen appliances, bringing the homes closer to a move-in-ready format rather than a conventional unfurnished off-plan apartment.

At the podium level, Kingdom Gate brings together a collection of leisure and residents' facilities. These include swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a gym and fitness areas, a children's play area, a residents' lounge, an outdoor BBQ area and landscaped spaces. The development also incorporates cafés or dining facilities and ground-floor retail, adding everyday services without relying entirely on the wider Al Furjan community.

Location is another defining part of the project. Al Furjan sits within Dubai's wider Jebel Ali district and is connected to Sheikh Zayed Road and other major routes across the city. The development is also positioned close to Al Furjan Metro Station, giving residents an alternative to driving for journeys towards Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers and other established districts.

Kingdom Gate is therefore built around a relatively straightforward proposition: a limited number of furnished residences, larger-than-average layouts for the apartment segment, and a combination of residential, leisure, and retail facilities within one building. Its Al Furjan location adds access to the wider community's schools, retail, parks and transport network while retaining a more residential setting than Dubai's central districts.
