MANSORY Residences marks German automotive design house MANSORY's entry into the residential property sector through a partnership with Dubai-based developer AMAAL. Located in Meydan Horizon in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, the development translates the brand's established approach to automotive customisation into a residential setting, emphasising craftsmanship, material selection, precision detailing, and individual expression. The collaboration represents MANSORY's first venture into real estate and architectural design.

VX Studio developed the architectural concept, with interior design by Opaal Interiors and signature furniture by MANSORY. Rather than simply applying an automotive identity to residential spaces, the design draws on elements associated with the brand's vehicles, including sculptural forms, layered lighting, brushed metals, leather-wrapped furnishings and custom wood finishes. Kitchens incorporate concealed mechanisms, while bedrooms feature upholstered details and carefully selected textures. The intention is to bring the material character and attention to detail of bespoke automotive interiors into everyday residential spaces.

The residential collection ranges from one- to five-bedroom homes, with larger formats including duplexes and penthouses. The brochure also introduces the MANSORY Infinity Collection, which includes three-bedroom residences with private swimming pools, alongside four-bedroom duplex layouts with separate upper and lower living areas. These larger residences provide a different proposition within the development, with additional outdoor space and more expansive private living areas.

Automotive design extends beyond the interiors into the building's facilities. The concept includes dedicated VIP parking, an automotive lounge, and specialist car-care services, along with an integrated car elevator. The development also incorporates smart-home technology, allowing residents to manage aspects of their homes through connected systems. This combination of residential facilities and automotive-oriented services is one of the project's defining characteristics.

The amenity programme brings together fitness, recreation, wellness and social spaces. Residents have access to infinity and children's pools, indoor and outdoor gyms, a padel court, golf and racing simulators, mini golf and an indoor cinema. Separate spa facilities for men and women, steam and sauna rooms, children's play areas and dedicated lounges add to the residential offering. A restaurant, bar and outdoor dining spaces also provide places for residents to meet and spend time within the development.

Meydan Horizon provides a broader setting for the project, combining residential and lifestyle developments within Mohammed Bin Rashid City. One of the location's distinguishing features is its position opposite Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, while the wider district is planned around waterfront spaces and crystal lagoons. The setting combines proximity to central Dubai with a more open landscape than some of the city's established urban districts.

Connectivity is another consideration. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and Dubai Design District are approximately five minutes away, while Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport are around ten minutes by car. DIFC is about 15 minutes away, and Jumeirah Beach is about 17 minutes away. This places the development within reach of Dubai's principal business, retail and cultural destinations while retaining its position within the emerging Meydan Horizon community.
