Passo by Beyond is a new beachfront project on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. It features two sculptural towers named Avita and Bella, with a total of 625 residences set along a private stretch of beach. Developed by Beyond Properties, the launch took place in August 2025 with an estimated handover in Q3 2029. The design takes cues from coastal contours and favours biophilic ideas, with sky gardens, fluid lines, and ample outdoor spaces. The plan includes a central piazza with a sculpted canopy, a 260 square metre wellness pavilion, landscaped pools, and a 250‑metre private beach. Pricing and unit sizes vary by collection and floor, which include one to four-bedroom apartments, four to five-bedroom penthouses, and six-bedroom beachfront mansions.

Passo stands on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, a short drive from Atlantis resorts and The Palm Boardwalk. It sits within a hotel and resort cluster that offers dining, beach clubs, and spa options. It provides access via Crescent Road and then through tunnels back to the trunk and mainland.
