The Dubai Marina Towers are composed of six residential towers by the waterfront. It currently forms a very important part of the Dubai Marina skyline. The development features one to five-bedroom apartments and three to four-bedroom villas. 

Comprising of six towers, three of them are named after precious stones called Murjan, Al Mass, and Fairouz, whereas the other three are named after distinct Arabic fragrances, namely Mesk, Yass and Anbar. All the buildings are of different heights, Murjan and Mesh have 37 storeys, Al Mass has 28, Yass has 24, Fairooz has 20 and Anbar has 16. The units vary from 1,052 to 6,982 sqft.
