Solaya

Solaya is a boutique beachfront project by Meraas located on the La Mer / Jumeirah shoreline. The development is a limited collection of 234 residences set across nine low-rise buildings, occupying a significant coastal plot of roughly 40 acres with about 500 metres of shoreline. Homes range from two to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well as garden homes and duplex layouts. The design team includes Foster + Partners with interiors by 1508 London. The project aims for large terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct beach access. The launch took place in 2025 and is scheduled for handover around Q1 2028. Foster + Partners provided the overall architectural concept, and 1508 London worked on interiors, which together aim for calm, coastal architecture with natural materials, wide terraces and strong indoor-outdoor flow.

Solaya sits on Jumeirah’s La Mer shoreline, close to J1 Beach and within easy reach of central Dubai landmarks. It is minutes from La Mer’s retail and dining strip, and it offers direct access to the sand and sea. Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa lie roughly 15–20 minutes away by road, while Dubai International Airport is around 20–30 minutes drive, depending on traffic. The neighbourhood contains boutique cafes, leisure venues and beach clubs, while major malls and city services are a short drive away.

The development offers a mix of two to five-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and duplexes. The buyers can choose between compact, large apartments and full-floor penthouses that extend to several thousand square feet. Many residences include terraces, private pools in selected units, staff rooms on larger layouts, and layouts that prioritise sea views.
