The Bay Interiors by Missoni

The Bay Interiors by Missoni brings a fashion-led residential concept to Dubai Islands, placing Missoni's distinctive design language in a waterfront setting on Island A. Developed by Tomorrow World, the project sits directly alongside the island's yacht marina, with residences oriented toward the marina, sea, and surrounding island landscape.

The development takes a relatively compact approach to residential living, rising to G+2P+14 plus a roof. The current project information identifies 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, with the layouts designed around outward-facing living spaces and private balconies. Views vary across the development, including marina, sea, island and skyline outlooks.

Missoni's role is centred on the interiors, bringing the Italian fashion house's recognisable use of colour, geometric forms and graphic patterns into the residential environment. Rather than treating the brand simply as a name attached to the building, the interiors are intended to carry its visual identity through materials, finishes and detailing.

The amenity programme is designed around both leisure and wellness. It includes a beach-style swimming pool, rooftop sky pool, fitness facilities, children's areas and dedicated wellness spaces, alongside outdoor areas for socialising and recreation. Sports facilities include pickleball and basketball, while landscaped gardens, cabanas and outdoor lounge areas extend the living spaces beyond the building.

The waterfront setting is an important part of the proposition. The Bay sits within Dubai Islands, a large-scale coastal destination that is being developed around beaches, marinas, hospitality, retail and residential communities. Its position on Island A places the development within one of the newer waterfront districts of Dubai, while remaining close to established parts of the city.

For buyers considering branded residences in Dubai, The Bay takes a more design-focused approach than a hotel-branded residence. Its identity comes from the combination of a marina-facing location, a relatively contained residential building and Missoni's involvement in the interiors, with the wider Dubai Islands masterplan providing the broader coastal setting.
