The Hillgate by Ellington is a luxury development in Dubai Silicon Oasis, spread across a project area of about 33,423 sq m. It is Ellington Properties’ first residential project in Dubai Silicon Oasis and offers 356 registered homes across two towers. The project includes studios, one to four-bedroom apartments and selected duplex layouts. The project launched in late 2024, with handover expected in Q4 2027. Architecturally, The Hillgate uses two towers with different heights, creating a stepped profile. Tower A has 16 residential floors, while Tower B has 13. The design uses layered façades, large windows and terraces to improve natural light and views. Landscaped gardens form part of the shared outdoor areas, alongside pools, shaded seating and BBQ spaces.

The Hillgate sits within Dubai Silicon Oasis, close to Silicon Central Mall and the community’s central park.
