The Astera

The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, combines DarGlobal’s residential development expertise with Aston Martin’s design language in a beachfront setting on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project is positioned near the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island and is designed for direct beach access and views of the Arabian Gulf.

The development includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, along with three-bedroom beach villas. Homes range from 61 to 265 sq. m., or approximately 656 to 2,852 sq. ft. Aston Martin designed the residential interiors, extending the marque's approach to precision, materials, and craftsmanship into kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

The design collaboration is the project's defining feature. The Astera marks Aston Martin's first real estate collaboration in the Middle East, bringing its automotive design heritage into a residential setting. Rather than simply applying the brand name to the development, Aston Martin's design team is responsible for the residences' interiors.

The beachfront setting is reinforced by a private beach, infinity pool and outdoor spaces oriented towards the coast. Residents also have access to a fitness centre, spa, sauna, pool bar, indoor cinema, yoga lawn, multipurpose hall and children's play area.

The wider setting adds another dimension to the development. Al Marjan Island is a four-island waterfront destination with 23 km of coastline and 7.8 km of beaches, alongside hotels, restaurants, promenades and leisure facilities. Marjan, the island's master developer, is located about 25 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and about an hour from Dubai International Airport by motorway.

The Astera is also positioned close to Wynn Al Marjan Island. Wynn Resorts currently expects the integrated resort to open in 2027, while construction has progressed through major structural milestones. The resort will bring more than 1,500 rooms and suites, restaurants, entertainment, retail, a spa, beach facilities and other hospitality uses to the island.
