Embrace this rare opportunity to own two homes on over half an acre in coveted Skyline Heights! Located between the lake and beautiful Cable Beach, this property is steeped in artistic history, created by famous architect Henry Malich and later home to esteemed artist Brent Malone.

This lush, tropical lot features the original 4-bed, 3-bath home and an all-wood ipe 2-bed, 2-bath vaulted-ceiling cottage, surrounding a pool and entertainment area.

Live in the move-in-ready cottage while you finish the main house, which has been emptied and prepared for renovations. This is an excellent opportunity to create your own bespoke tropical retreat.
