25H Heimat is a 73-storey branded residential tower by East & West Properties. The project comprises approximately 338 residences, including studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, together with a limited collection of duplex penthouses. Inspired by the German word Heimat, meaning "home", the development blends the playful character of the 25hours hospitality brand with luxury residential living. Construction began in 2024, with handover expected in 2027.
