Architectural Vision and Design
Rising to 450 metres with 106 floors, Aeternitas is positioned as the tallest branded residential clock tower in the world. The building's crown features a distinctive clock face with oversized numerals, reflecting the design language of Franck Muller. The architectural form is characterised by angular precision and a silhouette that stands prominently above the surrounding Dubai Marina skyline.
Residential Configurations
The development offers a curated range of high-specification apartments, including one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom configurations, as well as exclusive Sky Villas and Sky Mansions. Interior finishes are selected for quality and durability, with natural marble used for kitchen surfaces and wet areas, and Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware installed throughout the bathrooms.
Amenities and Lifestyle
Aeternitas provides an extensive suite of resident-only facilities designed for wellness and leisure. Fitness options include The London Gym, a yoga studio, and a padel court, complemented by The London Spa, sauna rooms, a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. Social and entertainment spaces include a private cinema, a music room, a library, a cigar lounge, and a billiards room, alongside a dedicated children's play area.
Location and Connectivity
Situated in the heart of Dubai Marina, Aeternitas is well positioned for access to the waterfront promenade and a diverse array of dining and retail outlets. The development is connected to the city via Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Metro through the Dubai Marina and DAMAC Properties stations on the Red Line, providing efficient transit to major business districts and the beach.
