Fendi Residences The Palm

Fendi Residences The Palm is an upcoming residential development by Binghatti Developers, located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The project is positioned within the island's established residential and hospitality destination, with a collection of apartments ranging from two to six bedrooms.

The development brings the Fendi name into Palm Jumeirah's branded residential market. Fendi's involvement in residential design is associated with Fendi Casa, the brand's furniture and interiors division, which translates the Italian fashion house's design identity into residential settings.

The residential collection is expected to cater to buyers seeking larger apartments, with configurations ranging from two-bedroom homes to six-bedroom residences. This range places the development within the upper end of Palm Jumeirah's apartment market, where spacious layouts and a waterfront address are important considerations.

Palm Jumeirah provides an established setting for the development. Created and master-developed by Nakheel, the island combines private residences, beachfront hotels, restaurants, retail destinations, and leisure facilities across its Trunk, Fronds, and Crescent. Its distinctive layout creates a residential environment shaped by proximity to the Arabian Gulf and the wider Dubai coastline.

For residents, the wider island provides access to destinations including Nakheel Mall, Palm West Beach and Atlantis The Palm. The combination of waterfront surroundings, established hospitality venues and connections to mainland Dubai gives Palm Jumeirah a residential character that differs from the city's more urban neighbourhoods.

Fendi Residences The Palm adds another branded residential proposition to this setting, combining the developer's residential portfolio with the identity of an internationally recognised fashion house.
