Luzora Residences

Luzora Residences is a waterfront residential project by DIA Development on Dubai Islands. It is a single residential building with eight residential floors, two podium levels and a ground floor. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027. The design uses clean lines, large glass sections and wide balconies to bring more daylight and sea views into the homes.
