Naia Island

Naia Island is a new ultra-luxury private island by Shamal Holding, set off the Jumeirah coastline near Umm Suqeim and the Burj Al Arab. The island will cover about 13 hectares and will have around 6 kilometres of beachfrontage. Completion and opening are planned for 2029. The master plan focuses on low-rise design, wide green spaces, coastal paths, private beaches, and buildings shaped around sea views and Dubai skyline views.

Naia Island is located off the coast of Jumeirah, close to Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3. Its position places it near some of Dubai’s most recognised landmarks, including Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach, Kite Beach, and Mall of the Emirates. The island will connect to Dubai’s main road network, so residents can reach key areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, DIFC, and Palm Jumeirah with ease.
