Olivia Gardens Residence

Olivia Gardens Residence brings a nature-led design approach to Jumeirah Garden City, a centrally located Dubai neighbourhood near Al Satwa. Developed by Segrex Development, the residential project pairs contemporary architecture and apartment living with landscaped outdoor spaces, creating a contrast between the surrounding city and the development's greenery.

The building's architectural language is defined by clean lines, soft forms and warm textures. Inside, the lobby continues the natural theme with a living olive tree as its centrepiece. Light tones, wood accents, stone finishes and greenery shape the entrance, while a reception area provides a dedicated arrival point for residents and visitors.

The residential collection includes studios, large studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The interiors use a restrained palette of light colours and natural-looking materials, with layouts designed to make the most of the available space. Buyers can choose between compact studios and larger apartments to suit different household needs.

Outdoor facilities form an important part of the development. A ground-level swimming pool sits among the olive trees, while a rooftop pool provides another place to spend time outdoors. The landscaped gardens and walking paths extend the project's central design idea beyond the lobby, creating green spaces within the residential setting.

Fitness and leisure facilities include a gym, an outdoor yoga area and a barbecue space. A children's playground adds a family-oriented element, while rooftop and ground-level amenities give residents different ways to use shared spaces throughout the day.

Jumeirah Garden City's location is another part of the proposition. The neighbourhood sits close to Sheikh Zayed Road, providing road connections towards DIFC, Downtown Dubai and the wider city. The developer also identifies access to Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach and Dubai International Airport as location advantages, making the project relevant to buyers who want a central address with access to both business districts and leisure destinations.
