Oystra

Oystra is a luxury seafront project on Al Marjan Island developed by Richmind in partnership with Zaha Hadid Architects for the design. The development is presented as a group of sculpted waterfront towers set within extensive landscaped grounds, pools, a beach club and rooftop facilities. The design emphasises broad sea views and generous outdoor space. The project mix aims to deliver apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with high-end finishes and resort-style comforts for residents. Oystra was launched in 2025 on a premium coastal address with an expected completion in Q1 2029.
