Jacob & Co. Residences brings the distinctive design language of the Jacob & Co. brand to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Developed by Mantra Developments, the project sits within the island's growing waterfront destination, with the Arabian Gulf shaping both its setting and residential outlook. It is the first Jacob & Co. branded residential project in Ras Al Khaimah.

Curved forms and expansive glazing define the architecture, with sculptural balconies that extend the relationship between the residences and the surrounding coastline. Floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and open coastal views are central to the living spaces, while the interiors combine Italian cabinetry, integrated premium appliances and contemporary finishes. Bathrooms use stone surfaces and branded fittings, continuing the project's connection with Jacob & Co.'s design identity.

The residential collection focuses on a relatively compact range of apartment formats, from studios through one- and two-bedroom residences. Two-bedroom homes range from approximately 1,010 to 1,409 sq. ft., with layouts planned around open living areas, natural light and private balconies. The balconies are among the more recognisable architectural elements, using curved forms to frame views towards the Gulf and island surroundings.

Amenities are organised around several distinct areas rather than a single central leisure facility. The Wellness Club includes a rooftop fitness area, sauna, Zen garden, meditation spaces, yoga and a jogging track. The Pool Club adds an infinity pool, cabanas, a pool bar, and a garden lounge, while a separate family zone includes children's facilities, a kids' pool, a lazy pool, and a glass-bottom pool.

The Observatory provides another social and recreational space, combining a viewing deck with a residents' lounge, outdoor BBQ area, multipurpose room and golf simulator. This gives the development a broader amenity mix that spans wellness, outdoor recreation, and more informal resident spaces.

Location is central to the project's appeal. Jacob & Co. Residences sits on Al Marjan Island, a four-island waterfront destination extending into the Arabian Gulf. The island has more than 7.8 kilometres of beaches and approximately 23 kilometres of waterfront, along with an expanding collection of hotels, residences, restaurants, and leisure destinations.

The development's location information places Al Marjan World and Al Marjan Beach Club about one minute away, Wynn Al Marjan Island about five minutes away, Al Hamra Mall about nine minutes away, and Al Hamra Golf Club about ten minutes away. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is listed at approximately ten minutes, while Dubai International Airport is approximately 60 minutes away; these are approximate travel times and can vary according to route and traffic.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is particularly significant to the wider setting. The integrated resort is currently on track for a 2027 opening and is planned to include more than 1,500 rooms and suites, 22 dining venues, entertainment, retail and other hospitality facilities. Its development forms part of the broader expansion of Al Marjan Island as a major tourism and hospitality destination.
