Janu Residences by Aman Group is a luxury branded residential project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The development forms part of the larger Janu Al Marjan Island resort by Aman Group. The project includes a limited collection of 73 branded residences, a signature six-bedroom penthouse, and five exclusive marina villas. Unit sizes range from about 1,600 sq. ft. to more than 6,000 sq. ft., which allows for large living spaces and wide sea-facing terraces. Prices start from around AED 8.5 million for a one-bedroom residence. The development is under construction and is expected to reach handover in the fourth quarter of 2028. The architecture is designed by the Singapore-based firm SCDA Architects.
