Ardee Developments' The Views is a residential development in Ardee Downtown on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project forms part of a wider masterplan that brings residential, retail, hospitality and leisure uses together in a single destination.

The residential collection is reported to comprise 616 homes across studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Limestone-look porcelain flooring, taupe kitchen cabinetry and oak-look joinery establish a consistent material language, complemented by neutral wall finishes and light-toned wardrobes. Kitchens are equipped with cabinetry and worktops, with final specifications subject to the purchase agreement.

Shared facilities are planned around fitness, relaxation and socialising. These include swimming pools, a fitness centre, a wellness area and a residents' lounge. Retail and dining facilities form part of the broader development offering, connecting the residential component with the mixed-use character envisioned for Ardee Downtown.

The location places The Views within the wider Al Marjan Island destination, known for its beaches, waterfront resorts and growing hospitality offering.
