Dubai might be one of the world's most expensive cities, but put in a little bit of time and you can actually buy luxurious experiences at some of the best prices. Here's our guide to how you can attain luxury for less in Dubai.

1. At The Top, Burj Khalifa

A bird's eye view from the top of the world is something that anyone visiting Dubai would have in their bucket list. While a ticket to the top of the Burj Khalifa would cost you upto AED 500 during the prime hours, opting to visit it during the non-prime hours will reduce the prices to as low as AED 95. Also, opting only to view the world from 124th and 125th floor will cost you much lesser than from the 148th floor.

2. Fine Dining

Fancy to have a meal at one of the fine dining restaurants in Dubai but reluctant to spend a hefty amount? Try the business lunch, which most of such restaurants have on offer. The three course set menu will give you the fine dine experience that you were looking for and cost you way lesser than what an à la carte from the same restaurant would. Carnival by Tresind and Zuma Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC); Bussola in Dubai Marina, Matto in Business Bay and Pier Chic in Jumeirah are some of the best options in town. Another option is to purchase the Entertainer - an app that gives you buy one, get one free offers across Dubai for tours, dining, and more.

3. Nights Out At Top Notch Lounges

If you are a woman visiting Dubai and would like to have a nice night out experience at one of the top notch clubs, lounges or restaurants, you can do it without spending a dime, thanks to the ritual of ladies night.

There are a number of venues that offer free beverages and attractive discounts on food on any given day of the week. Tribeca Kitchen & Bar, Ramusake, Pure Sky Lounge at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR); Downtown Toko at Downtown Dubai; Zero Gravity, Ruth's Chris Steak House at Dubai Marina; Cargo, Billionaire Mansion at Business Bay, Blind Dragon at Al Habtoor City, Nola at Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Sass cafe, Mint Leaf of London in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and Nikki Beach Resort & Spa at Pearl Jumeirah Island have some of the best ladies nights and beach days for ladies.

4. Yacht Rental

Spend your holiday in true Dubai style by chartering a luxury yacht that operates from the upscale waterfront community of Dubai Marina. Sail over the pristine water of the Arabian Gulf along Dubai's iconic skyscrapers and islands. Hiring these yachts can be quite expensive but you could save a lot of bucks by buying coupons at a discounted rate from websites like Groupon and Cobone that can provide you with a discount of upto 79%. You could also get your own snacks on board in order to keep it economic. Usually, going in a larger group of people could save you more money, if everyone pitches in.

5. Golf

If you are a golfer or would love to try your hands at the sport, you should consider doing it during your visit to Dubai. Home to eleven of the finest golf courses of the world, the city is an extra ordinary golf destination. Practicing the sport can be a quite expensive one but discounts can be availed by buying discount coupons from websites like Groupon and Cobone. Using the Entertainer is also an option here. There are various golf courses from the Arabian Ranches to Emirates Hills.
