LUXHABITAT Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the successful sale of all units at the AED 119 million Seaside Hills project in Al Zorah in Ajman within a record-breaking two months since launch. Appointed as the lead and exclusive real estate broker for this development, LUXHABITAT Sotheby’s International Realty represented all ten of the 4-bedroom villas that had a starting price of AED 11.5 million each. The beachfront homes sold for an average of AED 11.9 million and span an average of 5,651 sq.ft in built up area.

Seaside Hills is located within Al Zorah Beachfront Living, a brand-new mixed-use community including the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah, Al Zorah Nature Reserve, residences, commercial spaces, wellness, and leisure facilities, and an 18-hole championship golf course, along a 12-kilometer coastline in Ajman.
