Located on the world's tallest tower, this penthouse spans a massive 38,000 sq ft and is available shell and core. Understandably so, this hot ticket property comes in at AED 102 million. It is spread over two floors and is situated above the 100th floor. Imagine the stunning views!

2. Palme Couture

Bua: 19,247 Sq Ft

Located on the Palm Jumeirah, this Palme Couture penthouse is beautiful and contemporary.
