You may have noticed that the site has many new features such as the option to like your favourite listings, create your own account, the ability to access LUXHABITAT's full website anywhere at any time on any device, such as your phone, your tablet, and your laptop, as well as the ability to filter your searches and get email updates on any new listings. This ensures that users can customise their experience while browsing for some of the hottest new featured luxury properties. 

1. Brand New Homepage

The new LUXHABITAT Homepage displays: latest news, featured developments, the ability to list your home, view the luxury sales and rentals, as well as the option to browse through our interior design services. The website also features luxury villas and apartments that are new to the market as well as all the latest properties that have price reductions. Users can also access all the latest articles on our blog The Journal. 

2. You Can Create A Luxhabitat Account

You can sign up on the website and save listings which will help users receive updates for their favourite property listings and any updates on recent price reductions for those properties. LUXHABITAT account holders can also create alerts for their favourite properties by clicking the save icon at the bottom left of the listing which will save their search under the My collection section of the website. Registration is very easy, all you need is your email ID and you can customise your experience and be kept up-to-date on all the latest luxury property developments in Dubai. 

3. Streamline Your Searches With Our New Filter

The new filter on our website allows you to streamline the results that come up from the search bar. The search feature allows for excellent customisation on the part of the user as it separates results depending on if you're looking for sales, rentals, type of property, such as a villa, an apartment, a penthouse, or a loft & duplex and/or plots. The filters allow you to choose a minimum and maximum size for properties. You can also choose the number of bedrooms as well as select the minimum and maximum price you have for your budget when searching for properties. 

Registered users will get email alerts for any new properties that become available with similar criteria to their filtered searches. The filters are only available for property listings and are available across many pages. 

4. Show Us Which Listings Are Your Favourite

As part of the customisable user experience, you can save your favourite luxury listings and this will immediately be saved under the My collection section of the website. Users can find the My collection section under the top right drop down menu after they log in online. This allows them to revisit their saved listings later by simply logging in and going to My collection.

5. Save Your Searches

The save search option allows users to save their searches, for e.g. - Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Residence, or more specifically a property available at these locations such as the Marina Residences etc. Once you save your search you will be able to choose the name of the search and the frequency with which you would like to be notified by email. Users can choose to not be notified or to be notified daily, weekly, or monthly. This allows users to go to the top right side of the page and find their saved searches under the drop down menu option My searches.
