The year 2017 witnessed some great deals in the real estate market especially for villas in Dubai. The homes of Emirates Hills made up the majority of the deals followed by Palm Jumeirah. Below are the top 10 property transactions in 2017, according to REIDIN.

A luxurious villa hosting more than 5 bedrooms situated in the upscale golf community of Emirates Hills was built on a plot of 35,645 square feet and a built up area of 22,780 square feet. It was sold at AED 95 million and boasts more than 5 bedrooms.
