Originally announced in 2012, Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) City is finally taking shape as a suburb master development. With very easy access to major highways such as Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail, MBR City is one massive development spanning 1,100 acres. It is a development that will be an eco-system in itself - with over 65% of its areas dedicated to open and green space. Many developers are involved in the infrastructure of this area, most prominent being Emaar, Meydan, Sobha and Azizi. Megaprojects like Dubai Hills Estate, Sobha Hartland & District One are part of the MBR City.

There are many developments to choose in this massive city within a city, but here are the ones that hold the most promise:

1. Dubai Hills Estate

Forming the first phase of Mohammed bin Rashid City, Dubai Hills is well underway with the first phase of construction receiving its final touches. It has a limited collection of villas in different styles surrounding & overlooking an 18-hole golf course. These include mansions in the ‘Street of Dreams’ in an area called ‘Dubai Hills Grove’. Other villa developments include Dubai Hills View, Parkway, Sidra, Fairways, Maple, and Parkway Vistas. Some villas also have their very own private pool.

Dubai Hills also is home to a variety of apartments. These include: Acacia, Acacia Park Heights, Park Ridge, Park Point, Park Heights & The Collective.
