Exclusive insights into the demand for luxury properties in Dubai

As a marketplace dedicated to listing high-end properties in Dubai, we are uniquely positioned to provide insights into who is searching for luxury properties in the UAE. This quarterly report examines the characteristics of our website visitors, including their locations and demographics.
Key findings reveal a significant decline in interest from Pakistan compared with Q2, while London ranked as the top city for seekers outside the UAE. Northern countries dominated the interest of the European region.
Top Seekers By Continent
As we could expect, seekers located in Asia represent 52% of the Dubai luxury property seekers. Europe follows with 26%, America 16%, and Africa and Oceania next with small percentages. Comparing Q2 with Q3, we can see a rise of 21% in seekers located in the Americas.

Top Seekers By Subcontinent
Going down one level, Western Asia leads with 32% of the total, followed by North America and Southern Asia (mostly the Indian subcontinent) with 14%. In Europe, we can see how the North comes first in interest for luxury property in Dubai. Comparing Q2 and Q3, we can highlight a rise of 22% for North America and a decrease of 18% for Southern Asia, mostly coming from a reduction in Pakistan, as we will see in the next section of the report.

Top Seekers By Country
Looking at the top countries, the UAE leads with 29%, followed by the United States with 13%, India with 10%, and the UK with 10%. Comparing Q2 and Q3, we can see a decrease of 64% in property seekers from Pakistan. We also have a remarkable increase from the United States (27%), India (24%), Germany (10%), and Russia (16%).

Top Seekers By City
Going down the city level and looking at the top ten, London stands out as the third-top location for Dubai luxury property seekers. Mumbai leads the ranking from India, followed by New York for the United States, Frankfurt for Europe, and Karachi for Pakistan.

Demographics
Looking at the demographics of Dubai luxury property seekers, those in the 25-44 age range represent 56% of the total. The younger 25-34 range is followed by 33%, 18-24 with 23%, and 65+ seniors close the ranking with 3%. Gender-wise, males represent 63% of the luxury property seekers, and 37% are female.

This report's data is based on website traffic data from Google Analytics for Luxhabitat.ae, the UAE's leading luxury real estate marketplace. Only organic traffic to transactional property pages has been considered to make the data more reliable, excluding The Journal, Area Guides, and other informational pages.
