Cavalli Estates is a branded villa development by DAMAC Properties created in collaboration with the Roberto Cavalli brand. Completed in 2024, the project comprises around 200 residences arranged in a low-density enclave in DAMAC Hills. The villas are designed as three-level residences, with dramatic contemporary façades, double-height glazing and interiors inspired by Cavalli's distinctive aesthetic.
The project has since moved into the resale market, with completed transactions recorded for both six- and seven-bedroom villas.
Property Types and Features
Cavalli Estates primarily offers six and seven-bedroom standalone villas. Six-bedroom residences generally have built-up areas of around 11,300 to 14,900 sq. ft., while seven-bedroom villas can exceed 17,500 sq. ft.
Some residences also incorporate private waterfalls, BBQ areas and rooftop leisure spaces. The larger villas can accommodate substantial basement parking, while the architecture uses large atriums and floor-to-ceiling glazing to create a strong connection between the interior and exterior.
Location and Accessibility
Cavalli Estates is located within DAMAC Hills, positioned close to Trump International Golf Club and the community's extensive green spaces. Its location provides access to the major road network connecting the area with central and coastal Dubai.
Dubai Marina is about 20–21 minutes away, Downtown Dubai about 24 minutes, and Dubai International Airport about 28 minutes by car under normal traffic conditions. Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Global Village and Arabian Ranches are also within relatively easy reach.
