Burj Vista Tower 2 is a 20-storey Emaar residential tower in Downtown Dubai, crowning views of Burj Khalifa, thoroughly from all viewpoints. And sitting inside is this five-bedroom triplex, spanning 6,922 sq ft, set over three levels, bringing a comfortable palette in pitch-black, white, and pale marble. The residence is designed around its vertical layout, creating a clear separation between social spaces, private bedrooms and quieter moments of retreat. Art, natural light and city views bring warmth and personality to each level. With generous proportions, multiple living zones and a rare triplex configuration, this is a distinctive Downtown home that offers the scale and privacy of a villa, elevated above the city.

The living level abounds with charcoal beauty, with the ceiling set against white walls. This gives the room a calm and minimal contemporary feel. A dedicated area resorted to the television and a few shelves of objects, alongside a sculptural sofa in soft white bouclé curves, gives the home a thoughtful layout. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, in reality, is the work of creation, bringing in the towers and the skyline in a single curve, and the balcony is exactly that: the spotlight.

Alongside the dining table, cocooned inside is the kitchen in crisp gloss white cabinets above, black-veined stone worktops and splashback, a central island with a gas hob, and a full suite of integrated appliances. A glass-balustraded staircase leads upstairs where the principal bedrooms unfold. All the rooms come with characterful designs, be it the walls, the tailored headboards, the bold Arabic-script artworks or the round mirrors that frame the view. While some come with their distinctive touches, the other bedrooms are lighter, with warm wood floors, fitted wardrobes and marble-tiled bathrooms. One has a unique desk setup to catch the view.

The bathrooms feature dazzling modern finishes, all again in white marble walls and flooring. A freestanding bathtub, twin vanity sinks, glass-enclosed showers, and sleek fixtures make it a retreat. Step through the glass doors and you enter the games room and a terrace on a scale you rarely find in Downtown Dubai. The terrace is divided into zones, woven armchairs and a long bench make a lounge for evenings, with a dining table at the far end for long dinners with the city behind it. The home also has a private mini-golf course with several putting greens set within a landscaped space.

Downtown Dubai, is where the energy and the glory of the city meet. One of the best-known addresses, Burj Vista sits on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, with the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain and the Opera District all close. The building's honeycomb-patterned terraces are designed to take in views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown. The Boulevard's cafés and restaurants are at street level, and the main roads out to DIFC, Business Bay and the airport are minutes away.
